Aaron Stein, Principal
Aaron brings fourteen years of experience managing and supervising residential and commercial projects, from private residences to 5-star hotels. Aaron began his career as a site supervisor and transitioned into project management. There he gained wide-ranging experience from substantial renovations, to new builds, with a specialty in residential infill construction projects. Aaron co-founded STEIN+REGENCY to continue his passion for building homes in the Toronto area. 

Marcel Jakubovic, Principal
Marcel brings extensive experience in the construction and property management fields focusing on renovations and new developments across the real estate spectrum. Marcel began his career with a renowned boutique custom home builder where he honed his skills working with consultants, trades, and clients. Marcel co-founded STEIN+REGENCY to bring his deep appreciation for architecture and design to life.
